WEEKLY TIPS
Travelling This Winter?

Travelling This Winter?

Public Health offers free travel information packages with suggested vaccinations as well as other health and safety issues. Call at least 6 - 8 weeks before you leave.

Good planning can reduce the risk of a trip ruined by sudden illness.

Indoor Air Quality

Indoor Air Quality

The quality of indoor air is very important. Poor ventilation, too much humidity, water or leaks create mould that can make the air unhealthy.

Control the humidity and let in more air with ventilation. Keep the relative humidity in your home below 50% in summer and 30% in winter.
