Seminars to Train Private Water System Operators Bluewater Association for Lifelong Learning Donates Training Videotapes

What: Photo opportunity of Nancy King donating new teaching videotapes to Dr. Hazel Lynn and Lou D’Alessandro.
Why: Public Health will offer teaching seminars featuring 6 new videotapes, donated by the Bluewater Association for Lifelong Learning (BALL), for the following groups: cottage associations, people with private wells who have had adverse water reports, students, and new private water system operators. Public Health is now responsible for over 1200 private water systems and the owners of these systems need to be trained.
The tapes include topics such as Public Health & Water, Well Construction & Integrity, Water Regulations, Treatment of Water, Source Protection, and Operation of Water Systems.
