Extra Influenza Clinics to Meet Demand

In response to the increased demand for Flu shots, Public Health is planning two additional community clinics. The first clinic will be held in Owen Sound on December 17, at OSCVI from 4:00-8:00 p.m.  The second will be in Chesley on December 22, location to be announced.  Appointments are not necessary -- these are drop-in clinics.

Influenza shots are also still available at most doctors’ offices and by appointment at the Public Health Unit.

It is proven that vaccination against the flu is the single most effective way for you and those around you to enjoy a flu-free winter!
