Release of Local Data on Breastfeeding Rates

To celebrate World Breastfeeding Week, the Public Health Unit will hold a media event to release the results of a local study called “Breastfeeding in Grey and Bruce: Perceptions and Experiences of New Moms and Health Care Providers.”  

A panel of health professionals, including Medical Officer of Health Dr. Hazel Lynn, will discuss results from the study and what it means for our community.  

Media are invited to attend and to take part in interview and photo opportunities.
