Lurgan Beach and Bruce Beach (Concession 6), Huron Kinloss, are now Safe for Bathing
All traces of cloudiness, murkiness and odor have disappeared from Lurgan and Bruce Beach (Concession 6). Beach water sampling has been returned with acceptable bacterial levels within the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care standards.
“I thank the residents and visitors of Huron Kinloss for their understanding and co-operation during the beach posting from June 28 to July 4” says Lou D’Alessandro, Safe Water Manager at the Grey Bruce Health Unit. The beaches are now deemed safe for bathing.
