Smoke-free bylaw anniversary marked at Grey County Council, Sept. 2

·        A banner signed by residents and visitors thanking County Council for the first year of smoke-free public places and workplaces.  

·        A plaque recognizing Grey County’s Gold Standard smoke-free bylaw which is among the strongest in Ontario.

Where:         Council Chambers, Grey County Administration Building

When:           Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003

10:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.  (during Council meeting)

Why:             Presentations will be made:

·        To celebrate the first year of the 100% smoke-free bylaw for public places and workplaces in Grey County. 

·        To update Council about the positive impact of the bylaw.
