Death of Teen Leads to New Spa Rules

As a result of a teen’s death in a condominium hot tub, the Chief Coroner of Ontario recommended new rules for spa operation.   The Public Health Unit is holding a seminar to present these recommendations to spa owners, operators and installers in Grey and Bruce Counties.  Full enrolment is anticipated.
 

Members of the media are invited to the seminar in order to understand the Chief Coroner’s recommendations and their implications to the community.
