Turn Off The Screens Week April 24 – April 28, 2006
For five days in April, students and their families are challenged to Turn Off The Screens. That means all televisions, computers and video games, except for homework.
Forty-three schools across Grey Bruce, with a potential of 10,259 students, are participating in the fourth annual Turn Off The Screens challenge. Each student receives a log sheet to be signed by a parent/guardian. All screen-free entries are eligible for one of four $50 gift certificates or the grand prize of a $150 gift certificate.
