Agreement with OPSEU Local 276- Clerical Support Staff

The Board of Health for the Grey Bruce Health Unit is pleased to announce ratification of the tentative agreement reached in recent contract negotiations with OPSEU Local 276, representing Health Unit clerical support staff.

The three-year contact, retroactive to November 1, 2007, provides for a 10.6 per cent increase over the life of the agreement. There are three per cent increases in the first two years, with an additional one per cent increase in the final four months of year one and year two, and a four per cent increase in the final year. The contract also makes adjustments in the provision of vision care benefits.
