Schedule “A” to By-law No. 2005-1 respecting Classes of Permits and Permit Fees
Sewage System Permit Fee q Class 2, 3, 4 or 5 new/replacement system $525.00 q Class 4 or 5 tank replacement only $300.00 q Class 4 leaching bed repair $300.00 q Demolition Permit $125.00 q Revision of Permit $ 50.00 q Renewal of Permit $ 50.00 q Building Alteration/Change of Use $300.00 q Property Inquiries/File Searches q Includes copy of permit or application $175.00 q Copy of Application or Permit $ 29.00 (including HST) Refunds A minimum of $75.00 shall be retained for any application that is withdrawn. An additional $125.00 shall be retained if a site visit was completed. No fee is refundable after a permit has been issued.
Transfer of Permits A minimum review and processing fee of $75.00 shall apply.

NOTE: 1. A combined fee of $250.00 shall apply when two planning documents (severances, zoning amendments, official plan amendments or minor variances) are circulated together. 2. A $210.00 credit shall be applied to a new sewage permit application in cases where a building alteration appraisal has required a new or altered sewage system to be installed.
