Request for Travel Information

Clients can obtain computer assisted pre-travel information for specific advice regarding travel and malaria risks as well as required and recommended immunization.  (This service is available only to Bruce and Grey County residents.) 

You may access this service from the Public Health Unit by completing a Request for Travel Information form. We advise you to complete and provide the information to the Health Unit several weeks in advance of your departure date to ensure adequate time for vaccination.
