Afternoon of exercise demonstrations and sign up opportunities by local
exercise leaders: Taoist Tai Chi Society, Community Rehab Services,
Kincardine Recreation Centre, Curves and Gymbag. |

WHY
|
With an aging population and concern over health care costs, keeping
older adults well-informed and healthy is a hot topic. Thanks to funding
from Bruce Power, the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation and the Health
Canada Drug Strategy, local agencies and volunteers have come together
to offer resources to Kincardine and area residents in a novel and
effective way. |
