Board of Health Supports Negotiating Team, MOH and Management

At its regular meeting today, the Board of Health for the Grey Bruce Health Unit unanimously passed a motion in support of the Board’s negotiating team, the Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Hazel Lynn and the management and staff of the Health Unit. The motion expresses the Board’s desire to see representatives of OPSEU Local 276 return to the bargaining table. The Board also supports and appreciates the work of staff and management to continue to provide services to the public during the union’s job action.

THAT, the Board of Health supports the negotiating committee, Dr. Lynn, the management team and staff during the OPSEU Local 276 job action and look forward to Local 276 returning to the negotiation table. And further,

The Board supports and appreciates the management and staff that continue to keep the programs and services available to the public during this time.
