Youth Coalition Gives Back!

On October 2, the Owen Sound Youth Coalition (OSYC) will host Coffee for a Cause! This first ever event recognizes October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month and is designed to increase public awareness about the issue in our community. Everyone is encouraged to come out to enjoy a fun-filled evening with acoustic performances by local youth and support Domestic Violence Awareness Month! Coffee for a Cause takes place at the Frog Pond Café, 209 8th Street East, Owen Sound beginning at 7:00 p.m. A limited number of tickets are available at the door for $5.00 each. All proceeds will go to the local Women’s Centre. 

OSYC is a group of local youth working alongside community stakeholders to build assets for and promote the healthy development of our community’s youth. 

The OSYC would like to thank the Frog Pond for their generous support and sponsorship for this event. Together we can support youth and their involvement in Owen Sound.
