Flu Shot at Hanover Care Centre

Media are invited to attend a photo opportunity at the Hanover Care Centre to highlight the importance of getting an annual flu shot. A Public Health Nurse will be on hand to answer media questions with regard to the flu season and upcoming Community Flu Clinics. This event takes place at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, November 2, 2006 at the Hanover Care Centre, 700 19^th Avenue, Hanover.

Hanover and area residents can attend a free walk-in Community Flu Clinic on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at Walkerton District Secondary School, 1320 Yonge Street South, Walkerton from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This is one of ten free Community Flu Clinics hosted by the Grey Bruce Health Unit. Free flu vaccine is also available from Public Health by appointment.
