Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula Influenza Clinic
One hundred and seventy-one people received influenza vaccinations at a Public Health clinic in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula at the former Lindsay Twp. Hall, Tuesday, November 13, 2007. This is more than double from last year’s clinic when 70 people were immunized.
Additional walk-in influenza vaccination clinics are scheduled for this week at Grey Highlands Secondary School, Flesherton, Wednesday, November 14; and Walkerton District Secondary School, Walkerton, November 15. Clinics are from 4-8 p.m. No appointments needed.
Additional walk-in clinics are scheduled across Grey and Bruce throughout November (see attachment). Publicly funded influenza shots are also available by appointment at Public Health in Owen Sound and at the Plex in Port Elgin, call 519-376-9420, or at Public Health in Walkerton, call 519-881-1920.
