Coffee for a Cause! - Youth Coalition Gives Back

On November 20, the Owen Sound Youth Coalition (OSYC) recognizes AIDS Awareness Week, hosting Coffee for a Cause! This event aims to increase public awareness about the issue in our community. Everyone is encouraged to come out to enjoy an evening with acoustic performances by local youth and guest speaker BJ Caldwell, HIV Prevention and Outreach Educator for Wellington and Grey Bruce County.

Coffee for a Cause! takes place at the Grey Bruce Health Unit, 101 17^th Street East, Owen Sound; beginning at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $4.00 at the door with all proceeds going to residents living with HIV/AIDS in Grey Bruce. 

OSYC is a group of local youth working alongside community stakeholders to build assets for and promote the healthy development of our community’s youth. Together we can support youth and their involvement in Owen Sound.
