Look for signs and directions from parking lot attendants when you arrive.
All Hub Clinic sites will have large signs to direct you towards the entrance of the clinic.
Make sure you have put on your face covering before entering the clinic lineup.
Use hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands when you enter the clinic.
Hand Sanitizer will be available multiple locations throughout clinic.
You will now move to the registration area. Ensure you have your face covering on correctly and that you are keeping 2 metres apart from others.
You will be directed by and attendant when to go to the next available registration booth.
You will be asked for some information such as your name, email and health card.
You will be asked to place your health card on a paper sheet to slide across the table.
Your information is entered into a provincial computer system that all public health units in Ontario can access if necessary.
Next you will join a short line up.

When you reach an attendant they will let you know when a booth is available for you. Each booth is numbered.
As you move through the clinic, follow floor markings and stay in the middle of the aisle to maintain physical distance from others.
A team of nurses will come by. One nurse will check you into the system and record which arm the vaccine was given.
The nurse will clean a small area with alcohol and then give your vaccine.
The nurse will apply a bandaid if needed and put the used syringe in a sharps container.
We recommend that you wait 15 minutes in your booth after your vaccine. You can leave when your 15 minutes are complete.
An attendant will be checking on clients.
An exit desk may be available for you to check out.
Exit the clinic after you have checked out at the exit desk.
