  • Course is approximately 12 hours
  • Food Safety Certification Courses can be scheduled upon request with a minimum of 10 participants
  • Cost of course is $68.00 per person (including HST)
  • You will receive a resource manual, thermometer, chlorine test strips, certificate, letter, and wallet card.

 

Food Safety Course Registration Form

 

In Good Hands – Online – www.ingoodhands.ca

  • Recognized by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care – meets requirements for Safe Food Handling Certification.
  • Fee for the course is $30.51 (including HST) for the online portion plus a $12 (including HST) fee for the exam.
  • Exams are offered by appointment on the second Tuesday at 10:00 am or the fourth Wednesday at 2:00 pm of each month, in a group setting. Alternative arrangements may be accommodated upon request.
  • Upon completion of the exam a Food Safety Certificate will be granted by Public Health.
  • Covers the same material as the food safety course offered locally and provides an opportunity to work at your own pace.
